Geniutrix Esta nueva versión trae corrección para 100 bugs de la versión anterior que afectaban a la estabilidad y rendimiento del navegador. 
Esta versión del navegador cuenta con pequeñas mejoras en la interfaz, integración con Windows 7 (Aero Glass, Aero Peek, etc) nuevo motor JavaScript “Carakan” o nuevo motor de renderizado, presto 2.5, con soporte completo de CSS 2.1 y parcial de CSS3 y HTML 5. Interesados pueden conocer la funcionalidad completa de este browser desde las notas de lanzamiento de Opera 10.50 beta 2.
Por el momento, solo está disponible para sistemas Windows, no obstante su equipo de desarrollo está realizando trabajos para dar soporte a las tres principales plataformas (GNU/Linux, Mac OS X y Windows).
